As in the case of Gottfried Böttger, Joe Pentzlin looks back on a sound pianistic education. His first piano lesson at the age of 7 and a visit to the conservatory in Göttingen laid the foundations for his present career. Together, the duo have made numerous records and CDs, completed diverse tours, appeared on radio and TV broadcasts and performed live with Bill Ramsey, Champion Jack Dupree and Charlie Antolini.
The musical style of this duo carries the hallmarks of Errol Garner, George Shearing and Richard Tee.
